These terms govern your use of the Genjii Creative website. By using the site, you agree to them. Project work, if we proceed, is governed by a separate proposal or agreement.
The studio
Genjii Creative LLC is a Dallas, Texas creative studio offering website design, branding, marketing materials, digital content, and presentations. Information on this website is for general introduction and does not create a client relationship by itself.
Inquiries
Submitting a form is a request to start a conversation. We may accept, decline, or suggest a different scope. Quotes, timelines, and deliverables are confirmed in writing.
Third party costs
Website hosting, domains, software subscriptions, printing, manufacturing, advertising, and similar outside services are quoted separately unless a proposal specifically includes them.
Intellectual property
The Genjii Creative name, logo, and site content belong to Genjii Creative LLC. Client work remains subject to the agreement for that project. Do not copy the site or present our work as your own.
Portfolio
Selected work shown on this site is either client work we are permitted to share or founder-led work, such as GG_Anjii, which is labeled as a founder brand.
No warranties
The website is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every example will match a future project.
